Annual Christmas Party

This year's Christmas party was pretty low key- fewer people came (maybe because my mom sent out the invites the week of!) but a lot of the ward members were there and Jon brought a gaggle of girls (and a couple boys). One special guest that came was Kara Metcalf! I haven't seen her in a LONG time and she brought her adorable baby Luke! We tried to go for an "Ugly Sweater" theme, but few people participated! I wish I had a picture of David and Vanessa Wilkes- wearing matching homemade vests! I was very jealous, as my hubby did not dress up. Here are some pics of the fam.....

LUCKILY Shaina and Donny showed at like 10! Dave and I hung out with them and had a great time!

The other day my parents and Ashley were in the kitchen talking, and Stella was walking around. Stella disappeared and reappeared a couple minutes later with .....
a 4 foot long stick! My mom had to chase her to get the stick back outside.

Abby's Bridal Shower

Our good friend growing up- Abby- just got engaged this summer and today we celebrated her engagement with a bridal shower (side note- as I write this it is pouring outside- I hope we do not have flash flooding in the area!). Abby is marrying a guy named Todd- same as her Dad! We are so excited for Abby, and here are the pictures from the shower.

Courtney's Baby Shower

We got to throw Courtney her Baby Shower! It was so much fun and we ate a ton of yummy food- here are the pics

Maverick was so cute! He was really funny with Stella- he would say Ride? and then jump on top of her. I caught him a couple times lifting up her jowles and looking at her teeth- she would just sit there and let him do it.

We set up the Christmas Tree at my parents' house and had a little party! We ate cookies and listened to Christmas music. Merry Christmas everyone!
